Flen at Söderhallarna — Sörmland flavours in Stockholm
Between 23 October and 8 November, western Sörmland’s food craft moves into the renovated Söderhallarna at Medborgarplatsen in Stockholm. Flen municipality takes part in a collaboration with +Katrineholm over two intensive weeks.
Participants from Flen include Blacksta Vingård & Bryggeri, Blacksta Bageri, Lida Gård, Warbro Kvarn, Högtorp Vilda Smaker, Smakgården and Ändebols gård. The pop-up serves lunch porridge on local heritage grain among other things, and the shop shelves are filled with delicacies from the region.
