Higher satisfaction with elderly care in Flen Municipality
Satisfaction with home care in Flen Municipality has risen to 95 percent, compared with the national average of 87 percent. 99 percent of older residents report good treatment from staff.
The home-care unit in Bettna/Vadsbro achieved the highest score in Sörmland, topping eight categories. Influence over visit times in the municipality rose from 43 to 59 percent, supported by dedicated care contacts, smaller teams and staff onboarding.
In special housing, overall satisfaction rose to 78 percent and perceived safety stands at 82 percent. Mealtime environment, common spaces and staff interaction received higher ratings, while food and activity offerings remain focus areas for further improvement.
